Pretty for about ten seconds

I do not understand why, but the delivery was very long. Product arrived not in the best condition. The box was damaged. We bought this product on Prime Day. So I had to take it apart (no biggie) and place it back inside of the box. Luckily I had the box and styrofoam inserts still. Then I had to lug it to a UPS store to send it back to Amazon for a refund. I will never buy electronics on Prime Day again. The great price was the reason that Amazon and Best Buy stated that the TV would not be replaced. Now I have to wait for either Labor Day sales or Black Friday sales to get a good deal on a TV locally. Thanks a lot Amazon!

Photography and reality are two different things. I returned this. I fell in love with this product and decided to buy it after reading a great majority of positive reviews. I got this product in early September and gave in and returned it to a repair vendor that was given to me when requesting for a repair via this page when the product is bought. The major troubling thing is that we never got confirmation that they received this product, or the status of the repair. I am so drained and disappointed, I just want my money back at this point. UPDATE: I DID get a refund for this product but found out the customer service representative I talked to had schedualed for another repair instead of a return and we were lucky because we caught that issue right away. Save time people, go for another product.

If your like me and you have been searching, days, months, years. When It arrived didn't expect it to look so nice. Sleek Design, Great packaging. It is light and well designed. big but not too Big. Will definitely Say 5 stars. Excelent for this price

Good specs for cost, great for many things

I usually wait a month or more to review a product to insure I give a fair accounting of it. But this productis just to good to wait in the face of some poor reviews from people. Shipping boxes - Good news / bad news the shipping boxes weighs as much as the TV. No pissedoff delivey man is going to hurt that TV. The bad part for me is I'm a 74 year old disabled veteran. If I do this again I'll ask someone to help.
